This was my first attempt at Star Trails with some ambient light from the file. I honestly was hoping for better. I had good conditions: no wind, no moon. Even still on this 30 minute exposure, the trees must have been swaying a little as they were out of focus. The other thing I realized is a super wide angle lens would help a lot.
