This gate is just outside the town Taquile on an island in the middle of Lake Titicaca, Peru.

I’d like to walk through that gate… it’s not a drop off on the other side though, is it?

On the other side was a very steep hill to a small house followed by a cliff.
this has a nice, desolate feel to it. Beautiful site and yes, it works well converted to black and white.
